Europe is entering a decade shaped by uncertainty, fragmentation and accelerating geopolitical and technological change. In this environment, resilience becomes more than a concept.
It becomes a practical capability - the ability to remain oriented, prepared and capable of action when conditions change. My work focuses on translating complexity into clarity and responsibility into concrete action.

I have led under pressure, built organisations and worked at the intersection of security, innovation and society. As a former military officer, entrepreneur and former CEO of a European innovation ecosystem, I have experienced uncertainty not as an abstract scenario, but as an operational reality.
This background shapes how I approach resilience: not as a mindset, but as a capability that can be developed — individually, organisationally and regionally.
My work includes contributions to conferences, panels and executive formats across Europe, as well as podcast conversations and written reflections on resilience, leadership and societal capability.
