Through real projects, organisations and regions.
Europe is entering a decade shaped by uncertainty, fragmentation and accelerating geopolitical and technological change. In this environment, resilience becomes more than a concept.
It becomes a practical capability - the ability to remain oriented, prepared and capable of action when conditions change. My work focuses on translating complexity into clarity and responsibility into concrete action.
Keynotes, panels and executive formats on resilience, leadership and preparedness — calm, structured and action-oriented.
Initiatives and organisations that translate resilience from theory into real-world capability.
Hands-on experience with uncertainty, responsibility and decision-making under pressure.

My path combines perspectives that rarely intersect.
I have led under pressure, built organisations and worked at the intersection of security, innovation and society. As a former military officer, entrepreneur and former CEO of a European innovation ecosystem, I have experienced uncertainty not as an abstract scenario, but as an operational reality.
This background shapes how I approach resilience: not as a mindset, but as a capability that can be developed — individually, organisationally and regionally.

My work includes contributions to conferences, panels and executive formats across Europe, as well as podcast conversations and written reflections on resilience, leadership and societal capability.
